The Cost tool for 360 Resource Manager (which is also used by 360 Counter) allows you to add multiple-payment information to resources at any level: collection, provider, database, or holding (title).

There is no Cost link on the Client Center Home page. To manually add or edit payment information, search for the resource in the e-Catalog or browse to the resource from the Data Management page and click on the Cost link from the resource's Details page:
