    Fulfillment - August 2017 Enhancements

    Reading List Citation Resource Locate Status Enhancements

    Additional resource locate statuses were added for reading list citations, indicating the status of trying to locate an inventory item to match a citation (see Managing a Citation's Attachment to an Inventory Item). The statuses now include:
    • Information Incomplete – The minimum required information was not entered to locate the resource.
    • No Resource Located – This previously meant either that a) the locate resource attempt failed or b) no resource was found. It now means only that no resource was found.
    • Locate Failed – The locate attempt failed for some reason.
    • Locate Not Run – No locate attempt was performed.
    • Multiple Resources Located – More than one inventory item matches the citation information.
    • Resource Located – A match was found.
    These new statuses also appear in the job report for the Matching Citations to Inventory in Bulk job; see Matching Reading List Citations to Inventory in Bulk.
    You can also manually select the resource locate status for a citation on the Edit Reading List Citation page.

    Additional Fulfillment Enhancements

    • You can now edit, activate/deactivate citation secondary material types. See Configuring Citation Material Types.
    • In the new UI:
      • The Edit Citations page (see Managing Citations) was reorganized to be a record list page (see Record Lists).
      • Some of the areas in the Citation tab of the Edit Reading List Citation page were moved to their own tabs.
      • In the Manage Course Information page, the Instructors area was moved to its own tab; see Adding a Course.
    • The person who created/last modified each citation, including the date and time that this occurred, appears on the Edit Citations and Edit Reading List pages; see Managing Citations.
    • The Citation/Locate Status filter on the Edit Reading List page (and the Citation Status filter on the Edit Citations page) now includes Not Complete, which includes all citations whose status is not Complete. See Managing Citations.
