We are excited to invite you to join the Knowledge Acceleration Program, a webinar series created specifically for libraries who have gone live with Alma in the last six months. These live sessions will focus on a range of topics that libraries often request to help them optimize Alma during their first year of production. Each session includes 60 minutes of instruction delivered by our Training Services team.

Fulfillment Configuration Part I	This session is a review of configuration options related to fulfillment activities. Fulfillment Configuration Part II	This session covers how Policies, Terms of Use, and Fulfillment Units govern fulfillment activities and how to check configuration using the Fulfillment Configuration Utility. Additional topics include Managing Calendars and the Resource Sharing Directory. Acquisitions: Ordering and Activating Resources	This session examines the workflow for ordering, activating, and invoicing electronic resources from the Community Zone. Examples include a single title and a subscription electronic collection. E-Resource Management	This session reviews how to create and manage local e-resources, and maintain your libraries' e-resources. The My Electronic Collections by Provider tool will be demonstrated, which helps you ensure that the electronic collections to which you subscribe from specific vendors are accurately configured in Alma. Finally, common post-migration clean-up tasks are examined. Central Discovery Index (CDI) and Discovery	This session explains how the Central Discovery Index (CDI) is populated and how results from the CDI appear in your institution’s discovery search results. Other topics include configuration options that determine the availability flag in discovery, what the EasyActive setting does, and look at troubleshooting common search scenarios.	Library staff that works with electronic resources and reference staff who are interested in knowing how the CDI affects discovery results. Introduction to Analytics	This session is an introduction to working in Alma Analytics. First up is a review of the Oracle Analytic Server (OAS) environment and organization. How to review and modify out-of-the-box analyses, create a new analysis from scratch, and share results will be demonstrated.	Staff operators who are just beginning to get into reporting via Analytics and want to understand the basics. Those with a little more experience using Analytics may also find the session useful.
