    Question

When attempting to run a Prepackaged Acess Reports query receive the following error:

"The Microsoft Access database engine cannot find the input table or query "Location". Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly."

    Answer

Install the ODBC driver package, configure your tnsnames.ora file and link your tables. See: Installation and Configuration of ODBC for Voyager

If you have the driver package already installed successfully1, you may just need to link the tables.  See: Relink Prepackaged Reports after Upgrade

    Additional Information

Make sure your version of the Reports.MDB file you are linking the tables for is the same as the version of Voyager you are running.

Get a "clean" (or "fresh") copy of the Reports.MDB file and try linking the tables again (contact Support if you need a clean version of the file).

If problems persist, try uninstalling completely your ODBC driver package and go through the installation process again.
