    Newly created Item Policy does not appear as an option in Scan In - Change Item Information

    Question

    A new Item Policy can be seen in the Physical Item Editor but not when selecting Scan In - Change Item Information

    Answer

    The Scan In Items functionality relies on values defined on the Library level
    An Improvement Request was submitted so it include values defined on the Institution level as well

    Additional Information

    For now, add Library level Item Policy values -

    (1) Select Alma [F2] > Fulfillment Configuration Menu
    (2) Ensure that the filter "You are configuring" is set to the required Library
    (3) Select "Item Policy"
