Display Public Access Model Message in Leganto

For libraries that work with Public Access Models, when the Public access model field is configured in the portfolio (Electronic Portfolio Editor > Acquisition tab), the Public Access Model is now visible on the citation in Leganto.

  The Citation System Tags field was added to the Citations folder in the following subject areas. This field displays all tags not mapped to a tag type, including tags added from the integration with the UK Digital Content Store and possibly tags added from the Leganto Questions feature.

  For Norwegian customers using the Bolk integration, the Lock Bolk requests list menu action in the new UI was replaced with the Bolk clearance action.

  Selecting Bolk clearance opens the Bolk clearance window. Users can use the Review and finalize in Bolk button to open Bolk and finalize their requests in Bolk, rather than the previous option to lock requests in Leganto.
